Purchasing from Faraldo Calzature is a simple and safe operation.
The customer can view the collections, choose the desired product and proceed with the shipping order.
The online store offers footwear and accessories from the best international fashion brands. Thanks to Faraldo Calzature's exclusive service and unmistakable style, shopping becomes a unique experience.
To browse the offerings, simply select a category and discover the selection of products from leading Italian and international brands.
Each product is accompanied by a descriptive sheet containing information on the model, price, composition, sizes, and colors.
Cart and Wishlist
By using the ADD TO CART command, the selected item is placed in a virtual shopping bag that allows you to continue browsing the site while waiting for the order confirmation.
You can add new items or remove selected ones at any time using the DELETE ITEM function.
By clicking on SHOPPING BAG , the prices of the individual items and the total amount of the order are displayed, which remains provisional until confirmation.
Thanks to the WISHLIST function, you can save a selection of favorite items in a reserved space and review them at any time, with the option of adding them to the cart later.
Sending the order and registering
With the SEND ORDER command, the purchase procedure is completed.
Already registered customers must enter their email address and password to be automatically recognized by the system.

- Faraldo Calzature sells its products exclusively to end users who can be classified as consumers .
- A “consumer” means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession.
- Faraldo Calzature reserves the right not to accept orders from anyone other than the consumer or orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
- These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders between Faraldo Calzature and its users.
- The General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the sale of products or services by third parties that may be present via links or banners.
- Faraldo Calzature reserves the right to cancel or cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, inventory errors, or defective items. In such cases, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

Shipping
Shipping costs €6.99 to Italy.
For shipments to Europe the indicative cost is €29.99 .
Faraldo Calzature ships to Italy and the rest of the world via GLS or DHL express courier.
The goods are carefully packaged and accompanied by an invoice or summary document, where requested.
Free insurance
All shipments are covered by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage, valid until the moment of delivery.
Order fulfillment
Correctly completed and paid orders are processed within two working days .
Shipments depart from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:30.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Tuesday.
Shipment Tracking
The customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number , which allows them to monitor the delivery status at any time via the DHL service or from the My Account area.
Shipping worldwide
Shipments can be:
- DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) for EU countries, with VAT included in the price
- DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, with any customs charges to be paid by the recipient
Delivery times
- Italy (DDP): 2/3 days from order + 3 working days for delivery
- EU countries (DDP): 3–5 working days
- Non-EU countries (DDU): 5–7 working days
- Rest of the world: up to 7–10 working days with Express service
Delivery conditions
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the package before signing.
In case of anomalies, it is possible to sign with reservations or refuse the delivery, immediately reporting the incident to DHL and Faraldo Calzature.
Return costs for refusal of delivery or incorrect address will be deducted from any refund.
