Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days , provided that the shoes and the packaging have not been used or damaged .
A prior return authorization check is always required, to be carried out via WhatsApp , by sending photos or other requested material.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good.
No exceptions will be made for reasons of force majeure or exceeding 14 days.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us:

by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. letter sent by post or e-mail).
To this end, you can use the attached standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication is sent before the withdrawal period expires .
Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, you will be refunded all payments made to us, excluding delivery costs and any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard one (3–5 days).
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever is earlier.
You are required to return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the 14-day period expires.
⚠️ In case of return at your expense and responsibility , if the product is damaged due to wear and tear or during transport, the refund will be made taking into account the damage , with penalties that can range from 25% to 50% of the total value of the order, shipping included .
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Change number
It is possible, with prior authorization , to request a number change as an alternative to the return.
The exchange is subject to a surcharge of €20 , valid only for certain areas of Italy and only for a single pair .
The service is not valid for orders of more than one pair.
In case of return or exchange of multiple pairs , the cost will be agreed in advance.
Legal guarantee of conformity
All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
The guarantee covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery and which become apparent within 2 years of the same.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
- damage caused by improper use of the product;
- accidental damage;
- normal wear and tear of the goods.
How to exercise the guarantee
To benefit from the guarantee, the customer must report the lack of conformity by sending a communication to the seller, indicating the defects found.
The customer can request, at his choice:
- the repair of the property
- or the replacement
free of charge, unless the remedy sought is impossible or involves disproportionate costs for the seller.
Please note that it is not possible to terminate the contract if the lack of conformity is minor .
