General Conditions of Sale
The products purchased on Faraldo Calzature are sold directly by Faraldo Calzature , a company under Italian law, with registered office in Corso Giannone 112/114 – PI 04679800617.
The offer and sale of products on the Faraldo Calzature website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale .
The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated; those published on the Faraldo Calzature website and accepted by the customer at checkout are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
How to purchase
For each product selected, a descriptive sheet is displayed with an image and essential characteristics, for example: color, size, and unit price.
The images and colours of the products offered for sale on Faraldo Calzature may not correspond perfectly to the real ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used.
Faraldo Calzature is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to particular computer configurations or malfunctions.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and their prices are those indicated on the Faraldo Calzature website.
If a product is not available at the time of ordering, the relevant size will not be displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchases by multiple customers, the ordered product is no longer available, the customer will be sent an email canceling the order.
Faraldo Calzature reserves the right to modify the products offered for sale and their prices at any time and without notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros and includes VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed before payment is confirmed.
Order
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge and full acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
Orders can be placed after registering and/or creating a personal customer account (“register for free”).

The products offered for sale on Faraldo Calzature may only be purchased by consumers who have reached the age of majority and are acting for personal use.
The sale and/or distribution of purchased products is prohibited.
Faraldo Calzature reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received and will notify the customer via email if it is unable to accept the order.
Order confirmation
At the end of the purchase process, the customer will receive a written confirmation containing a summary of the product ordered, the total amount to be paid, the product price and shipping costs.

Faraldo Calzature accepts the following payment methods:

Shipping methods
Shipping information is provided at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are charged at the time of payment.
All orders are shipped via GLS courier.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
