All shipments made by Faraldo Calzature are covered by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage.
The insurance remains valid until the moment of delivery of the goods.

Shipments leave from Faraldo Calzature (Italy) exclusively on weekdays, from Monday to Friday , from 9:00 to 17:30 .
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday , the next working day.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to carefully check the integrity of the package before signing the delivery document.
If the package is tampered with or damaged, the customer can sign with reservations or refuse delivery.
Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the drivers in charge and to Faraldo Calzature, by sending an email to customer service: faraldostore@gmail.com .
In case of refusal of delivery, the shipping costs required to return the package to Faraldo Calzature will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
If the shipment cannot be delivered to the address provided by the customer, the package will be returned to Faraldo Calzature at the customer's expense , which will be deducted from any refund.
